VINIFICATION: After the crushing and destemming operations, the maceration of the grapes follows for a period of about 8-10 days. Once the fermentation, racking and malolactic phases are completed, the wine is placed in Slovenian oak barrels where it rests for at least 24 months. The production specification provides, for the reserve, 5 years of aging, 2 of which in cask before being released for consumption.
